This place Sux. Don't trust them. Once everything is signed and dated they kick you out of your house without giving you time to look for a place.
Jennifer & Stuart were excellent in helping our family sell my mother-in-law's apt. Their concern for our needs & the professionalism is beyond measure. And in this day & age, those qualities are few & far between. Highly recommend them!
Jennifer and Stu worked with me to find an amazing rental on short notice and 7 years later I have stayed at the rental. They are extremely flexible and realistic as well as caring and friendly. As far as property managers go I would highly recommend Florida South to anyone in need. I have had all internal issues with the house (non-negligence on my part obv) completely paid for and taken care of by Stu and Jennifer In a timely fashion.
