I had a sleep study done here in January 2024, after waiting for several months for my appt. The room wasnt very clean, and it wasnt comfortable, but I took it for what it was- one night for a test. I never got a call with results within the few weeks like they told me i would. In May someone called out of the blue to schedule me for a c-pap test. Excellent service, a clean and pleasant place... the nurse who attends to you is very kind and helpful.
This was as pleasant an experience could be considering all the sensors the study requires. The staff was really kind and helpful and the facility was very clean. My only concern was when filling out forms on their tablet the epworth sleepiness scale had no instructions so it required a google search to understand.
Great experience and wonderful staff! Sleep study was easy and now I know why I'm not getting the proper sleep!
