I like Dr Barnett ; but do not like seeing the PA’’s . Not enough drs there
Great experience at the Cape Coral location. Quick, efficient and personable. Only 2 stars for my customer service experience at the PUNTA GORDA location (I was referred there for a procedure a week ago). The surgeon, Dr. Chetan V., was outstanding. The poor rating is for his staff. I arrived 15 min early for my morning follow-up appt. I waited over an hour to be seen. I was there on time and a short time later I was taken to a room for a full body inspection. Dr. Bartnett came in a few minutes later, we chatted nicely a few minutes and then he inspected my body, answered my few questions and froze a few pre-cancerous spots. The entire time with him took maybe 10 minutes and I left happy with his professionalism and attentiveness to my healthcare needs. I hope to see him again next year when I return on vacation.
Excellent Doctor with a great staff and front desk. Was in terrible pain from a neck lesion, got treated right away, and 48 hours later pain free. Seems I had a fast growing cyst, and I was afraid it was a spiderbite. I don't have insurance, and the cost was very affordable. This is a busy place with many doctors, Dr. Jay is my hero! Thanks! Take my advice, and ignore any reviews less than 5 Star.This thing was the size of a roma tomato in 2 daystime. (see photo)
The service that I received was great. The staff was excellent at resolving my skin issues. However, I had a very difficult time resolving some billing issues. I didn’t have insurance at the time, so I paid for everything out of pocket. I was more than prepared to pay for the $1,000 worth of services that Florida Skin Center provided me with.
