had a disappointing experience with Dr. Bernet. He spent less than five minutes with my daughter and prescribed medication before even performing a proper evaluation. He immediately stated that she had acne without a thorough check-up. This approach felt rushed and impersonal. We will not be returning, and I do not feel this care was trustworthy.
They were very professional. The doctor was easy to talk to ,answering all my concerns and what my procedure will entails.
