If I could give this facility less than one star, I definitely would. DO NOT Rent a unit at this facility, you will regret it. Their security system is incredibly antiquated and they have no nightly patrols or guards. We learned this the hard way. They allowed thieves to enter the facility using an authorized gate code. These thieves stole and vandalized property of at least 8 different clients that we are aware. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My RV has been stored at this location for over a year in which the catalytic converter was stolen. I removed my RV from storage space prior to the date I was told to have it removed in order to avoid being billed in the future. The facility charged me the next month. When I noticed the charge & called, I was told it was an oversight and that they would check their cameras to verify my move out date and refund the erroneous charge. To whom it may concern, I’m part of a non-profit daddy-daughter group that’s been renting a 10x10 storage unit with you for many years. This unit was originally offered to us by the Bergerone family, who were also members of our group, at a fair rate of around $100/month. We just found out our rate jumped to $180/month — that’s an 80% increase. My group has been storing with this company for years. It just hit us with a huge rate increase. On top of that, customer service has been poor. There are much better storage options and we are happy to take our business elsewhere.
Would not even give it a 1 Star today but had to in order to leave a review.. I had been a loyal customer of this storage facility for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Without any prior notice, the management increased the rent on my unit by 80% — a staggering and unreasonable jump. I only found out about the price hike after it had already taken effect.
