I have been storing my things at this location for over two years now, and now without much notice, the rental rates have shot up over 100% which I and many of the Patriots of this business are not too happy about. We have found out that they have had some Internal Theft in their company, which we As customers have nothing to do with that. Sudden 100% increase in rates from $100 to $200 for a 10x10 is an ABSOLUTE CRIME.. With only a 30 day notice. AND 1st payment of new increase to start in the HOLIDAYS of December 2024 was another CRIME. Sad as this storage facility was one of the best I've ever been associated with past 10 years. But NOT willing to work with me on new rates. Not willing to start my new rates in January of 2025. Was told NO and have TWO OPTIONS. Pay new rates, Or PACK AND LEAVE. "We do not CARE"!!! The experience was great for years up until the lot was burglarized, there was no call no email no notification from anyone about the incident until you find your property burglarized and the police tell you the lot was burglarized about a week ago, after reporting to officer personnel they moved my spot and advised someone would reach out to me as they did have video of the incident but to no avail still no information.
I don’t usually write reviews but my wife and I are extremely happy with this storage facility. We have easy 24 hr access to our boat, staff is always ready to help, we feel at peace knowing that our boat is in a secured place and most importantly Ray the manager at this facility is always available to help with any thing we have needed. Also the facility is very clean and well maintained compared to other storages I’ve seen.
