Mr. Scott, I am very disappointed with your business and how you treat your customers. When I brought my scooter to you on Friday, we discussed the trouble shooting that I had already done and the parts that I had replaced. Me and my friend had work done to our scooter it broke down 3 Time after picking it up here and had to have it tow back to them at our costs they do have good price on labor sometimes stuff happens we should not have had to paying towing back

We had been trying to find a place in Florida to order two E-Bikes through. We knew we could order them direct from the company (X-treme) for $849 but the cheapest any dealer in Florida, that we'd found, would order them for us was $999. That was the Electric Vehicle Mall in Tampa. Not being familiar with these bikes made us hesitant to order direct and assemble them ourselves.
