This company is not serious.. they never contacted me or call me again after they called me an estimate for my House to install accordion hurricane shutters ..consumers be aware I was approved in a my Florida safe home program for $10,000 , they are in the list that they work with the state I already report them to the program .

That same day you emailed us "Hi can you please provide me with the detail cost of each windows and if this price include the doors .thank you". We were very pleased to work with Joey from Florida Retrofits. He was helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns when it was time for us to replace our roof. The work was done in a timely manner and Joey followed up with us from start to finish, including the updated wind mitigation report. We're very happy.
I've used Florida Retrofits for two jobs at my place and they've done excellent work! I've had them perform perform wind mitigation work; which included replacing existing soffits. The crew was quick and professional and the work, especially the new soffits, were exceptional. As a result, I had them replace existing second floor windows with impact resistant windows; while at the same time taking down old and warn out rolldown shutter. Florida Retrofits has been a phenomenal company to work with especially since I work with a real estate investing company, Alexis has been our go to girl for all forms of communication whenever we need a reroof or roof repair.
