Very nice staff ,however way over booked. My eyes were dilated and test done timely, Staff helpful. However, too many patients a hour and twenty minutes after tests completed I asked how much longer and was told still three patients ahead of me . I asked since my tests were completed could I return with an appointment that would be timely and get my results. Manager said I would have to re do the tests again. That is ridiculous! I had two visit all ready.and i have no issues being seen on time the whole team was extremely curious and kind.they have a great system on how to move patients from one test to another with hardly no waiting at all. I am having eye treatment and it is working I am very satisfied with my Doctors she is very nice and caring. She always asking before she starts the treatment if I feel any pain before she starts. What can I say but Awesome Staff and Doctor Rocky Nelms.
I don't know what's going on with the office now. There's all new employees. I had a weight an hour and a 1 to see the doctor people were coming in and out before me I get in the room to finally see the doctor and the nurse forgets to put numb drops into my eyes before the doctor put a needle in my eye which hurt I called up to complain to the manager. And she said she had no idea and didn't believe me, like I was lying. I'm not sure if I'm coming back to this office after that experience. Not to mention that billing kept on... read more
