Tests are done methodically so your move from room to room smoothly. Like the 2 waiting rooms so you aren't jam packed into one, and can use your wait time to let the drops open your pupils. Staff is very friendly and schedules your next appointment before you leave. Docs are very informative, relating how your eye issue is progressing (or hopefully not progressing.). Location in Clermont is great. Beats driving downtown and you can eat at McAllister's while you wait for your pupils to adjust to light.
Dr. Houston is a top notch doctor. I feel very comfortable with his work. I would refer anyone to him.
After arriving I did not wait long before taken in. All associates were really pleasant and experienced at their tasks. I was moved right along from each station into see Dr. Campagnoli who took time to answer all my questions and concerns regarding my cateracts. Upon leaving I made an appointment for next year 2027 at a convenient time that worked for me. Overall experience was really very good.
