I was on hold for fifty (50!) minutes with the company they outsource out their billing to, and then I hung up. I called the main office, and they are aware that the company they pay to do the billing for them does not answer their phone or helps customers in a timely manner. So, just to be clear, they are paying someone to never answer your questions or help you in any way. This provider obviously does not care about its customers.
