I am so disgusted with FPL. I have had multiple issues with them and it’s near impossible to get anyone on the phone the majority of the time. The most recent situation I had I was very surprised when I was able to get through to a rep. initially but it was not a traditional menu option one would choose to speak with a rep. I made an arrangement on my payment, due to having Covid. I followed through with my side of the arrangement and yet still my power was turned off.
