Many thanks for your support during The Centuray Pandemic, your email updates were followed thru with actions, your assistance with percentages off when the pandemic first started was quite welcomed, you also emailed LIHEAP applications and even gave credits to assure the service wasn't disconnected. Your help to the South Florida Community is a bright light in the darkness. Thank you!!!

This pathetic company is such an embarrassment to Florida. They're always unprepared for storms, resulting in constant blackouts that last many hours. They won't take calls half the time {refer you to their "app"} and their crews won't work if it's raining out. Meanwhile, their customers' lives are in limbo as all their food spoils. They couldn't care less since they have zero competition. Glad I only live in Florida half the year.

Whoever posted that "all the bad reviews are false" probably got paid to write that review. Let me tell you, they are not. There is NO customer service and the email you get from these "people" are robotic and say the same response over and over. I have never seen such an unprofessional way of handling things in my life. I moved from out of state and paid the deposit, successfully getting power turned on. NOW I have an email from them threatening to turn it off because my ID is INVALID or ILLEGIBLE. We live .02 miles from you guys and in 2020 we are constantly loosing power at random times of the day and lasting as long as 8 hours. This just doesn't make sense, you guys started expanding this location or whatever and we are paying for it. We have 2 fridge in our home and had to throw away food constantly. One side of the block will have power and we are left in the Dark, fix this. Im not paying you guys for nothing. I can literally walk over to you guys so it doesn't make sense for us to constantly loose electricity.
