I really appreciate FPL electricians — they respond fast after hurricanes and keep the power running well. But the website is terrible. As a rental property manager, every time I try to use it, it’s a struggle. Calling isn’t much better — the wait times are way too long. Disappointing to see such poor online service in the age of AI.

I would like to share my terrible experience with FPL customer service! On August 27th I had an issue with my washer and dryer stack leaking. Once it was fixed I did the laundry and just after it was all done I heard a pop sound in my breaker wall cabinet. I went to the breaker and saw the dryer breaker was off. I turned it back on like I always did but then the entire apartment lost power. I immediately called FPL and explained what happened it was 7:55 pm. They said they will send someone there by 10:30. This company is a joke. Power outage after power outage and increased rates. This is the address you use to sue them. Corporation Service Company. In small claims use that entity to serve legal documents. You use this address. It costs almost nothing to file a small claim by the way. You can do it in your county on their courts website. I just did it, it's an easy process.
