FPL’s so called “Budget Billing” program is very sneaky! A representative claimed that I auto/self enrolled yet I did not find any FPL auto generated emails to prove and timestamp receipt of my enrollment. I feel that I have been scammed, and highly recommend anyone reading this review to not enroll as they will be very disappointed with their final bill. I won’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit is filed against FPL’s budget billing in the near future.

They charged me $1030 for utilities and I live in phoenix Az not Florida! Scammers!!! I’ve never authorized them to make any kind of transaction nor have I ever heard of this company.
A lot of outrages here in this area !!!!! This is not a Third world country. We are paying the services expensive enough for it to be reliable . Last time all my food in the fridge was spoiled !!! Outrages happen all the time in this area.. we need to make an official complaint
