Scam Alert! These people are fraudsters and have absolutely no affiliation with FPL or any legitimate electrical services. They call and deceive people, claiming that their power will be shut off unless they urgently contact a department to verify their information. This is a complete scam. Do not fall for their lies or share any personal information. Stay vigilant and report such activities to the authorities.
Fpl is a joke we had a payment arrangement set up we paid the amount on the dates the automated system set and these idiots cut our power off. Fpl is a joke the people who run this company should be careful.
I am amazed at the incompetence of this utility company. In an attempt to get power established at a new home, I was unable to reach any customer service representatives. The web site is useless as well. It’s obvious that FPL upper management must be DEI hires. Since they maintain a monopoly on electrical services, there is no incentive to provide competent service. I plan to contact my county and state representatives to file formal complaints. I recommend all other dissatisfied customers do the same.
This joke of a company just took FOURTEEN DAYS to finally fix a severed neutral line at the pole after fraudulently closing 5-10 separate work orders and doing NOTHING. We spent $200+ with two different electricians just to tell us the same thing that the problem was upstream of our meter and EXACTLY what the problem was: bad neutral.
