They charged me $1030 for utilities and I live in phoenix Az not Florida! Scammers!!! I’ve never authorized them to make any kind of transaction nor have I ever heard of this company.
A lot of outrages here in this area !!!!! This is not a Third world country. We are paying the services expensive enough for it to be reliable . Last time all my food in the fridge was spoiled !!! Outrages happen all the time in this area.. we need to make an official complaint
I am extremely disappointed by the unacceptable level of customer service I received from FPL Supervisor Ms. Frankel (ID #4013). I contacted FPL regarding a recurring $20 monthly charge that has been appearing on my account since 2024 for a service I never knowingly authorized or signed up for. Despite the seriousness of this billing issue, Ms. Frankel was dismissive, unhelpful, and failed to provide any meaningful resolution.
