Watch out, I wish there was other power companies we can switch to. I had a payment extension until Aug 4th, and they took the money out of my account on Friday 07/17/26. WTH. Of course they have caused me to bounce it, which will incur fees and they say they can't do anything or give me the money back!!! Do yourself a favor, take yourself off of Auto Pay because of not they'll take money whenever they hell they want!
This power company SUCKS!! Useless even worse than Duke, my brother in law has been without power for days and they keep getting the run around. Bet they’d find you if you owed them a bill though.
The most pathetic FPL branch in Florida. Anytime there is an issue with power they move slower than an old person in the left lane. Minimum time power is out is 6 hours every single time. They had to shut off power to cut a single branch, they cut it off at 5:30pm and it won’t be back on until 4:30am is what they estimate. This branch is an absolutely pathetic waste of time and money.
FPL has the absolute worst customer service.
