I honestly wouldn’t give one star if I could give zero. Customer service is lacking at best. They will screw you any chance they get. Paid the initial deposit. Put the account on auto pay at setup. Took it off auto pay one month because the day it was pulling was 10 days before it was due and I knew I needed a couple more days- still paid it before the due date and they charged an additional $250 deposit because I took it off autopay. Honestly, FPL was just terrible all the way around You can literally give them your routing and account information. They’ll pull the money, the exact amount and then refund it back and tell you that you’re late and add a $90 late fee when you weren’t late at all I don’t understand how FPL gets away with this almost every single month and I am not the only person my entire block I have asked and they seem to have the same issue at this point yes you get service from FPL but it’s such a scam
