If you get a call from this number it is a Scam. They are phishing for your personnel information and trying to get personnel if not bank or credit card information. If you see this number do not give them any information and contact FPL customer service directly from their ACTUAL WEBSITE.
They referred my account to collections for money I don't owe and now money I DON'T owe is on my credit report. 0 stars. Reps are impossible to get ahold of. Customer service is nonexistent. These people are the lowest trash imaginable.
