I worked with Mary Mateo of Florida Plus realty for approximately one year. She was the consummate professional, answering every question I had and some I hadn't considered asking. She ensured every detail in our two week closing was handled seamlessly and perhaps most importantly, she helped negotiate a home originally listed at $670,000 down to a purchase price of $475,000.
