Very polite, kind and knowledgeable
Jeff is a wonderful Employee of Florida Pest Control. He always does a wonderful job.
The scheduling is an absolute joke. They mis scheduled me 3 separate times on a one time treatment that involved 2 parts. The ONLY reason I'm giving a decent review is because of the attendance that Jeff provided. He made sure when there were issues with scheduling, on their end, he personally made sure the house was treated within 1 hour of calling. I wish I could say the same for dispatch, but Jeff was a pleasure to work with.
