Very disappointed with this company at the moment
I am happy with the service and the tech who comes and performs the services are very friendly and helpful. They always call before coming to do the service. My only issue is the cost. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. The pest control service is every three months and maintenance is mostly needed on the outside and not so much on the inside of the house, the price has gotten very high when you look at the annual cost over the past few years. Miguel and Steven did an amazing job ! They were very professional and knowledgeable about treating the termite problem. They took the time to answer all my questions and left information for me to give my neighbors. They even spoke to 2 of my neighbors to offer them a free inspection.
Jim has been servicing our property for years. Great guy. Always completes his job and let's you know he has arri ed and is getting started.
