Horrible service. The techs don’t seem to value their job. My father and grandmother used this service so I figured I give them a try. With my first appt the tech was so rude and condescending. The next tech they sent out wasn't rude and was a little nicer. Then I Scheduled an appointment to have my home treated for fleas only to have the tech arrive and advise he doesn’t have the equipment thought it was a routine service. Kevin has been amazing. He is extremely professional and kind! Our experience has been absolutely wonderful and we are grateful to have someone we trust in and around our home to provide these services. He takes the time to care about your pets, and explain timing and expectations. We are very happy.
