Brandon was my service technician. He communicated with me the day before my service, as to what time he would arrive. He arrived at my home at the service target time. He's very professional and detail oriented. Totally happy with the service
We recently found ourselves being invaded by carpenter ants. It was a quick call to Florida pest control to get everything set up to have it taken care of, they were even able to get someone out within the same week. Our technician, Rob Olson, was excellent. He kept us updated on his arrival time so we knew exactly when to expect him. Once he arrived he did an inspection and explained everything he was going to do to treat our home. Great service. When if you sign up, make sure to ask the call center for your local area manager. Then sign up with him. The service center does not explain things as they should. But my local manager in Lake City ,Donald Platt, is very knowledgeable and helpful. They give great service.
