Horrible billing. We will be switching to another provider. Charging us 400 for an office visit and 1000 for skin prick test (not a blood test). And no way to get in touch with useless billing department. They take 24 hours to call you back and then can't even answer questions and yell at you for being late to pay the bill even though their phone service wasn't working to leave a message before. Paying 600 dollars with insurance for a skin prick test which everything I am seeing online it should be max 300 without insurance ... read more
I don’t know why this company doesn’t take Aetna Medicare I’ve been going to Dr Halsey on Lithia Pinecrest Road for years and now because I’m not a pediatric person on Medicare you don’t cover older people YOU SUCK!
My daughter visited the ear, nose and throat doctor in March for an initial visit to determine if her adnoids should be removed. There was a 90 minute wait to see the doctor. As we were about to walk out the nurse stopped us to advise he will see us immediately. The doctor looked into her nose and mouth with his instrument and advised to get x-rays at another location because there office doesnt handle. We left with a list of xray locations and a script for allergies. Reveiced a bill after my insurance deductible for $187.93... read more
