I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was nervous because I had many issues with my teeth. I had gone to a dentist office where I felt like I was being judged and overpriced with unnecessary work. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist because I had never been before. I was very anxious at what the condition of my teeth would be in. First off, Alicia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and very kind. She called me to make my appointment, mailed me my paperwork for a shorter wait, and was extremely helpful, tentative with amazing customer service. Dr. Ray, I wanted to say "Thank You!". Eighteen years ago, April was involved in an accident at school that robbed her of so much more than just her front teeth - it took away her smile. I just wanted to say that she smiled more last night than she has in a very long time. Thank you and your team for all you did to give her back her smile; but more than that - you have given her back her self confidence and for that, as her husband, I will be forever grateful.
