I'm having mixed feelings about this place.they all seem to mean well and all but I have to leave a crippled 80 year old man unattended to go up there and literally don't have time to be shuffled all around the building for 3 to 5 hours trying to get my medication to no avail while they keep asking why I'm here and I'm standing there with a bottle that says come back in three weeks three weeks after they gave it to me.what does that mean anyway? what DATE and TIME would you like for me to come back? I think these people just changed my life. After a horrific experience in a different state I have been so reluctant to reach out for help. From the very first phone call two weeks ago to my appointment today every woman that I have been in contact with at this facility has been absolutely life-changing. Thank you so much for making me feel like I am valid and worth the time and effort.
