.Dr. Alson and staff are amazing. I am definitely getting more mobility.
I have called for days and left messages on every line they have trying to get my apt time next Thurs. They do not answer and do not return calls. How are pts suppose to get to talk to anyone.
They are very dismissive and cold. I went for follow up after pain pump was installed and asked about my rash. I was told I had no rash which is ridiculous since picture shows it clearly. I was treated like I didn't matter.
