I had a wonderful experience at this office from the time I walked through the door. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Upon being taken back to a exam room, the Medical Assistant was knowledgeable and friendly, explained process in detail. Met with Dr. Nguyen, he examined me, had read ALL my reports re: Scans, MRI's prior to seeing me and was familiar with my whole condition. A terrible experience at this office! The tech didn't say 5 words to me, even after I asked how his day was! The Nurse Practitioner prejudged me! I told him the same things over and over. He didn't listen to what I told him and seemed to have his mind set when he entered! The Merritt Island office has never treated me this poorly! Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and their concerns taken seriously! I felt like I was patted on the head and sent out the door!
