Just horrific. How a doctor and staff can call themselves a pain management group is beyond ridiculous. My husband had a botched surgery from Dr Tresser, another overbooked and arrogant dr in the Florida orthopedics group. Now, all my husband can do is receive pain management shots for life. If that’s not bad enough it’s near impossible to get in when he has severe pain. He has to beg, leave messages, and receives nonsensical messages from a BOT who keeps telling him to leave a message and someone will get back to him in 24 ... read more
Excellent Doctor and staff. The procedures were performed with great care and efficiently. Their follow up calls checked to see how I was and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his entire staff.
If you are looking for opiod use you have found your guy. Dr. Jackson loves to get people hooked on drugs. If you need Percocet, oxycodone, hydrocodone, Vicodin, soma, gabapentin or anything in that range this man here is your guy. Come get your free drug experience right here. Two years in the making with a person I care about and he continues to prescribe. Disgusting!!
All the staff at the surgical center is so friendly and professional. I had quite a few questions after particulars with my first ever set of injections C4-C7. The woman who did my safety check on 5-3 ( I apologize I don’t remember your name) is very patient oriented and communicated with me for 15 minutes and answered every question I had perfectly, thank you! Dr. Jackson has always been professional with great bedside manner to me.
