So frustrated. Scheduled appointment to see Dr.Frankle and first visit waited over 2.5 hours and had to leave to go back to work without being seen. Second attempt took 1/2 day off work for appointment and office calls to cancel appointment and lost another 1/2 day of work. Third attempt took another 1/2 day off of work and day before they call to cancel appointment AGAIN!. No apologies. Absolute worst
he is one of the best in the world - i was evaluated by top people from major sports teams and from columbia -n.y.u. and hosp. for special surgery . no doubt - the best and should be teaching world wide . patient care - health is his trademark ; surgery skills are second to noone.
