I took my two-year-old to visit her for her trigger finger. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with us, kept rolling her eyes due to my daughter talking throughout the appointment (because she is a two year old). The doctor seemed ill-prepared and burdened by us, and very obviously did not know how to handle a two-year-old. I wish she would’ve never taken on our case. Dr. Beaty should retire. She was rude and spent less than 4 minutes. After my surgery I told her I developed a lump on my hand after she removed a plate in my arm. Her response for any question is GO TO PAIN MANAGENENT. I WOULD GIVE HER A -10 FOR HER BEDSIDE MANNER. MY LEFT ARM IS WORSE AFTER SHE DID MY SURGERY.
