For a place that deals with people in pain, the front desk ladies were extremely dismissive and rude. Before I could even hobble my broken back to the window to even utter my name and ask if I was in the correct suit to be seen.. they were telling me “I’m not ready for you..go wait. We’ll call you when we’re ready” So I go sit down at the closest chair available and overhear her say “well I didn’t tell her to go sit down she just needs to wait a minute” take the day off if you can’t have any compassion for the people pained ... read more
