Troy squeezed me in on a day that his waiting room was PACKED, and still made me feel like he had all the time in the world. He answered my questions, helped me come up with a treatment plan that fit into my busy and athletic life, and helped me maximize what my insurance would cover. His generosity and compassion are exemplary, and I'm terribly grateful!
Office staff and Dr Cheatham in the office are all friendly and helpful. Visit was so quick
I overused my right arm and the pain was intense for three days, including the weekend. I waited until Monday morning to call around; most orthopedic offices sent me to voicemail. This office had a real person answer and accepted walk-ins. Even though it was busy, I didn’t wait long. They took an X-ray, and Dr. Troy Cheatham gave me an injection and a pain reliever. He was friendly, took his time, and even asked the tech to retake the X-ray after noticing a screw. I feel much better 6 hours after I left is office. Big thanks... read more
