Unethical business practices! I went in for a Cortisone shot in October 2023, was never checked out by the staff, and was billed for $6000+ almost a year later. Even after sending them my insurance information twice, they continue to bill me for the same amount. Very scary. One glimpse of the sad swatch of humanity malingering in the waiting room should’ve been a sign to take my business and pain elsewhere.

Maryann is so rude and completely dismissed my concerns. My appointment was at 10:30 and here is 12pm approaching and I am still on the waiting room. She didn’t even give me an opportunity to say what was going on but it seems like she knows that people complain about the long waits. Even the office staff say that they overbook them. I see that as greed. I will not be coming back here. Maryann you have a nasty attitude, do better you are in customer service.
Dr.Troy Chatham was thorough and patient with me. Within a few months with him my shoulder had range of motion and was gaining strength. Thank you Dr. Troy.
I took my girlfriend and was in the waiting room waiting on her and this lady came out from being seen and the girl at the front desk when you walk in and walk straight up to it calls her over to her and in a waiting from full of people asked her out loud what her height and weight was.
