He answered my questions, helped me come up with a treatment plan that fit into my busy and athletic life, and helped me maximize what my insurance would cover. Unethical business practices! I went in for a Cortisone shot in October 2023, was never checked out by the staff, and was billed for $6000+ almost a year later. Even after sending them my insurance information twice, they continue to bill me for the same amount. Very scary. One glimpse of the sad swatch of humanity malingering in the waiting room should’ve been a sign to take my business and pain elsewhere.
