Called to make an appointment receptionist answered “what can I do for you” I had how she was doing not one but twice and she proceeded to ask if I was unavailable to hear her. Very passive aggressive. The only appointment is in December and there’s no accommodation for emergencies. Very disappointing specially since I was recommended this place by many people.
I had an issue with my elbow that I very much wanted to resolve and made an appointment with Dr. Choi who came highly recommended. I brought X-Rays, a CT-Scan and the Scan report (I scheduled the appointment the same day I received the report). I arrived 30 minutes early with all my paperwork and to my pleasant surprise I was taken in 20 minutes early. Saw Dr. Torke twice and both times, I was blown away by his kindness, willingness to be sure I understood the technical aspects of my medical situation and the emotional side of the battle in front of me. I’d recommend him to anyone with a complex health condition. Super impressed with him and very grateful for his time - he definitely wasn’t looking at his watch during my appointment. He took great care in making sure I was fully aware of my treatment plan before I walked out of the exam room. 10/10.
Such wonderful, caring, efficient staff! I had to call Florida Sports Orthopedic and Spine in Palm Harbor on Tampa Rd this morning for my brother who severely broke his arm on Saturday and was told by another ortho that he could not been seen for 7 days. Dr. Howard and his team fit him in within 2 hours of my call, got my brother stabilized and got him scheduled for labs and surgery-all within a few hours. I had a problem with my thumb after a fall, but my primary care physician was unable to see a problem on the xrays. Dr Torke had the experience to be able to diagnose a hairline fracture and provided a really simple treatment solution. I believe it was his experience that made the difference
