I recently bought an auto insurance policy through Florida One and have had nothing but issues with the agency and carrier, stating they have not received payment. When I initially purchased the policy it was late in the evening and the Florida One representative stated they would run my account information the next business day. I agreed to a down payment and then monthly installments. The following day my account was debited for 6 months of payments which was over 1,000 dollars, which of course blocked my bank account. Bad Customer Service when calling to check on policy! Bad Service when first getting a policy, and the hold times are ridiculous when they tell you to hold so they can bring up your policy details! I know it does not take 20 mins to look up someone’s policy!
