Good luck with this place. They call you, you can call them back all day long. They're hanging up on you when they transfer. On top of which i had a doctor there for years. He's gone, gets fired now. I have no doctor makes a lot of sense. And they don't have one to give me basically. So regardless, if you've been a patient there for years that don't give a shit.
Called to make appointment on referral, told out of network, paid for Gap, have choice plan, and still told more than $500 for visit/consult. Then 2 days later get a call, saying they have a referral what do I want to do? Wow, notes are important, 1st person I talked to was rude, then explained to 2nd and she told me I was rude. Another wow, so much for customer service. Good thing there are better Neurosurgeon Dr around the area.
