The WORST Neurology Practice in the US. Florida Neurology Group is awful to work with. While their on hold message states how patient care is their top priority, don’t believe it. Average hold time is 13 minutes. I had a new, and quite scary, neurological disorder and attended 3 appointments with Dr. Michael Smith at FNG. I also required FMLA support as I couldn’t open my eyes, drive, or work. Waited 3.5 hours for one appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Web md has better bedside manners. I have seen 2 different neurologists and the amount of disappointment and frustration is almost as bad as my symptoms. Dr #1 I was referred to as the best neurologist is SWFL. I saw him 3 times for a total of 30 minutes between all 3 visits. Coat almost $2k out of pocket because they were not in my insurance network. Clean and nice, friendly employees.
Good luck with this place. They call you, you can call them back all day long. They're hanging up on you when they transfer. On top of which i had a doctor there for years. He's gone, gets fired now. I have no doctor makes a lot of sense. And they don't have one to give me basically. So regardless, if you've been a patient there for years that don't give a shit.
