My husband has been seeing Dr Zala for the past few years. His office staff was top notch and very professional. Unfortunatly due to a medical emergency, the office has closed permanently. My husband now has to find a new neurologist.
I've been going to this neurologist for years. In fact my mom worked for him till years till she had to retire. I she with the other person's review that I'm sure that was the case. However there's a new office manager and her name is darlena I've known and worked with her for several years. I highly recommend dr zala and his staff. In 50 have been going to him since i was 25. He saved my life in 2015.
If your hand hurts from the nerves coming from your neck and you can't fill out the package the doctor will inform you that he never wants to see you. And this is the medical field the hypocritic oath. This only proves there is no God!!!
Unprofessional. Called to make an appointment. Put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then they just hung up
Do NOT give this place your time or money. We had a family member flat line and almost lost them the day of a visit. So calling in THAT day was not on our mind. Later when we tried to explain we were told they will not waive the fee the office manager Sharon is very rude and nasty and uncaring. She needs to be in a different line of business, not dealing with people. I would give less than one star. This Pit Bull office manager is Very Unprofessional.
