I strongly recommend considering another neurology office instead of the Orange City / Lake Mary location. This practice is extremely difficult to communicate with, as it is nearly impossible to reach a live person by phone. If you do not know the name of your nurse practitioner or physician, getting assistance becomes even more challenging. Calls are often not returned within the stated 24–48 hour timeframe. I keep trying to get a call back. I have left 3 messages and no one returns my calls and I am out of my meds. This is the mt. Dora (Tavares) location . I like the doctors and nurses but whoever is in charge of getting back with people does not really do a good job . I’ve been calling since January .
This office never answers the phone and when you leave a message you never get a call back. I’ve been calling for a month to reschedule an appointment I missed because I was sick and on call backs. The doctors are great but every visit is a different receptionist. Don’t expect a call back to a message from this office
