Sharing my experience with this practice. 1. You cannot get hold of them by phone. You can only leave a message and most of the time no one calls back. You cannot email them, your only option is to contact them by their portal. I don't have a portal. 2. After repeated attempts I finally got an appointment, 8 weeks out but thats ok, however after 4 weeks they called and had to reschedule for another 2 months out due schedule conflict with Dr Panera. I had went to the orange city office at 10:05am this morning thinking I had an appointment. No one acknowledged me at all what so ever until almost an hour later, I sat in the waiting room watching myself get ignored, I even asked the receptionist if I had time to use the bathroom and I was skipped and left sitting in the waiting area. Iam very pleased with this facility. The front desk girl is the sweetest and helpful, the nurses are caring and attentive.I have been seen bytwo neurologist there and I can't be more pleased. They both has shown that they care about what I'm going through and have gone that extra mile so when I leave the office I understand everything that they has explained. Very happy, grateful and blessed to have this practice

This practice is extremely difficult to communicate.. I been calling portal online is not available for appointment.. this office is really hard to reach 🫩

My husband recently had a stroke and needed to follow up with a neurologist. My niece had previously gone to this practice and had a good experience. So I figured lets give him a try. I called countless time and no one answered the phone (should've been a red flag). So, I decided to walk in and make the appointment.
