Went get a refill today, and I’m not one to leave bad reviews but she left my nails uneven even after I told her twice to please file them. And not even a day old and the nail polish already coming off. First and last time going there.

My first time going here and I mentioned that to the woman doing my nails. She stated she will show me how “good” they do nails. I definitely won’t be back here ever as she did a horrible job on my nails. I left a $5 because I always tip but she didn’t deserve that. This is 4 days after I got them done. Do yourself a favor and choose a better, cleaner and friendlier place to go.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon. When I politely asked for my nails to be redone or removed because I wasn’t satisfied with the service, I was met with unfriendliness and unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the nail tech repeatedly lectured me, saying that I needed to tell her earlier—over and over, as if I were at fault for speaking up.
