My first and only visit to Florida Nail Spa. I had a manicure and waxing done. Wow! Did they mess up my eyebrow waxing! Then on to my manicure . . . it didn't get much better. Now, mind you, I'm not even a picky person. My brows will grow back and can be fixed. My nails can always be redone. But the price tag was $50 for both services. That floored me!
What is the point of making an appointment? They don't honor them. I waited nearly 40 minutes after my appointment time. They do it every time! They act like you're not waiting there, or you didn't have an appointment.
Andrew gave me a mani-pedi. He was excellent and paid close attention to detail. I have large nail beds and he would turn the nail to both sides making sure the polish covered. Usually they don’t do that and you get a line on the side where they didn’t go all the way to the edge of the nail. He was awesome and even painted a design on 2 fingernails and 2 toes.
