Ms. Je’Toye and her team at Florida Mortgage Brokerage were heaven-sent. I had been working with another company for more than three months when I found that the realtor wrote in the contract that I would have to pay her 1% of the sale of the home at closing! Me and my wife had shopped around and no matter where we went we could not get approved for the number/house that we wanted. And if we were approved it was paired with a ridiculous number out of pocket or a crazy interest rate. I called Adam and after a great conversation he told us that he’d be able to help. I don’t know how he did it but we were not only approved, but received a really good interest rate! I’d recommend him to anyone! Thank you again Adam for everything you did for me and my wife!
