I had posted a review and possibly posted on the wrong company because the company is very similar in names. My post was intented for Mobile homes of Florida lli. Not Florida homes. Please disregard my first post.
On September 14 2023 I was requested by realtor Stephen muench of Mobile homes of Florida lli to give a $2500 cash deposit on a mobile home in ruskin fla. In the contract it states that the buyer has the right to have the home inspected before buying. I called Stephen on September 18 and told him I needed another walk through. He refused my request and told me the last walkthrough would be on the closing date Oct 14.
