Scheduling scheduled my procedure on Dr’s vacation, granted the appointment was set up 6 weeks in advance, verified schedule and confirmed while in the office. Rescheduled appointment was double booked the second time only to be pushed out an additional 10 days. Terrible customer service and still waiting on the manager to reach out.
I have totally lost respect for Dr. Derasari. I told him that I was buying a hot tub, and if he would write a prescription saying that it would help with my pain relief, I would be sales tax exempt. He said, "Why do you want a hot tub? A hot tub will do you no good. What do you want to do, sit in a hot tub like a little old lady? Oh look at me, I'm a little old lady in a hot tub!" SMH
