Rude staff, they assume relationships, diagnoses and treatments before even speaking to the pt. Or taking vitals. I would not recommend. AVOID.

This has to be the worst urgent care in Florida. Took an injured minor and the refused to see her. They showed no remorse or care NEVER use this urgent care.
I was seen on July 8th by Luis Apat for sinus pain, congestion, earache, and a fever. I had done an at-home COVID/flu test prior to coming in, and both came back negative. He was immediately informed of this. However, he tested me for COVID again, solely because he’d “seen a lot of other people with it recently.” I had no chest congestion, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, or loss of taste/smell.
