Didn't have to wait. Staff polite. It was an MRI of my right knee. Headphones were put on me, which blocked my hearing. I partially read lips, so I knew what she said when she was looking at me. She gave me a ball and told me to hold it. She turned her head so I didn't know to squeeze it if uncomfortable. My back hurt terrible. Sciatica. Made my left leg burn and tremor. Absolutely perfect customer service. Technicians are so gentle and friendly
Total lack of compassion, as I laid face down in the mri machine with both of my arms forward above my head going numb and right shoulder cramping unbelievably. I squeezed the little ball that they give you to communicate with them one time only to ask how much longer it would be because I was in a lot of pain, she replied "I told you it was going to take an hour" I said that I had no concept of time being in that position and in pain, she finally said maybe another 10 minutes or so. Just had radiology testing done on both of my legs. No waiting testing was done quickly and very professionally. Young lady technician was very thorough, answered any of my questions and had a very pleasant personality. A rare experience in today's world. I highly recommend this testing facility to anyone.
Thank you for getting my husband in so quickly when the Watergrass office refused to do a STAT ultrasound for my husband when the Doctor thought he had a blood clot.
