Victoria Cruz, PA-C is AMAZING! I've never experienced someone like her in the mental health field. She listens and addresses all of my concerns, works with me until we figure out what medicine/dose is going to work best for me. She's kind, does not make you feel rushed, does not show arrogance, and does not talk down to me. Very helpful with my family needs.
Most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. Gave my husband the run around with his patient records after we signed a release form requesting them with a new Doctor. We sent do e seperate faxes with the release form requesting them and they never sent them. This causes my husband's treatment to be extremely delayed!!! The fax number was confirmes by their office staff multiple times and,yet they kept stating,they never received it even though we had confirmation success via the fax machine.
