Trying to find a local doctor made an appointment they said they were mailing me paperwork so that it can be done prior to my appointment. Called in 3 different times was asking where the paperwork was they said it’s been mailed on 3 different times. Find it hard to believe that it got lost 3 different times. Every call I make to their office the staff is very rude. Only giving the 1 star for the staff not the doctor. Do not come here. They do not abide by the appointment time and take priority with walk-ins. If you have a set time you need to be done do not come to this location.
No complaints about the doctors or PAs here, but getting in to see them is a real problem. I'd been seeing Dr. Stanton for about two years and was on two treatment plans for serious health conditions. But because of some petty corporate political beef between Orlando Health (which now owns FMC) and Advent Health (which is my wife's employer and my group health insurance provider by way of Aetna), this FMC office decided that I could no longer see Dr. Stanton under any circumstances. If it was zero starts I will be giving to this place. Awful the promise same day appointments and they are never available. I will be switching my primary Dr’s. Horrible place and customer service
I have been coming here for 2+ years. The staff has been courteous and prompt. Dr. Stanton is thorough and encouraging. The same goes for his assistant, Kayla. I have referred 2 other family members here, and they are very pleased.
