Waiting with parents who are suffering from broken bones and dementia in the office- 1 hour and 15 minutes later still waiting - awful way to treat the elderly. If they don’t already have dementia, this health care will drive them that way. Why do we treat them with such disrespect- what would happen if we showed up to appointment one hour late and the provider had to wait???
