My son was playing during PE & hurt his finger pretty bad. With how it was looking I decided to take him to urgent care to rule out any fracturing. Check-in went smoothly, staff is always polite & have a wonderful system in place. I appreciate everyone’s concern & swift response with my son. I did noticed rude behavior/comments from some walk-ins and I truly wish people took the time to process what’s going on with them instead of taking it out on the staff. Absolute joke, if you need help go elsewhere. Would rate 0 if i could. Every fraud behind that counter needs to be internally investigated. Walked in politely and was met with the worst possible customer service and rude inappropriate behavior from the start. This incident has been reported up the chain, unacceptable behavior from medical staff, youngsters trusted with jobs requiring of higher standards yet don't fulfill any. AVOID THIS PLACE

Completely misdiagnosed me. I had Covid and they never tested me. They checked for UTI which was negative . I had to go to ER 2 days later. My fever was 102. I tested positive for Covid. If you’re really sick go to ER.
Another great visit with Dr. Forman and his student Doctor along with attending nurse and front staff. They do listen and guide you to better health. Thank you. I was expecting a very long wait but the checking in was fast and the professional front desk staff were very comforting. Timothy Kane, C. APRN was very attentive and great, I started feeling better just being there. Thanks.
