The reason I gave it three stars is bc of serious reasons that involve myself. That being said, I have no problem with this clinic. Tina is outstanding and a great asset to FL. Med of Orlando. Beside Dr. Rodriguez, she is the only one I'll see at their clinic locations. There are those with odd behavior that display disrespect and understanding.

For starters took me 3 days to get through to schedule an appointment. Finally spoke to a Sandra who scheduled me a month out. Finally, my appointment date arrives and when I call to check if anything else is needed, they advise me that there was never an appointment scheduled, yet they took my insurance information and the next available appointment is very far out. Julie is lovely,caring and professional. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Highly recommended.

Julie is very patient-oriented and compassionate. She knows her stuff and will work with her patients to try to get coupons or special pricing when medications are expensive. I am very impressed with Julie and would recommend anyone needing assistance in the rheumatology field to see Julie. She is not a doctor but she knows more than a lot of doctors out there!

The office staff is has to be the worst ever. I have left numerous messages for the office manager and the financial counselor to call me concerning an issue with billing. It has been over a month and I have not received one phone call. This is beyond unacceptable!! Do better for your patients!
