Absolute terrible office. I told them I needed to see Dr. Cevallos at the Land O Lakes location. They scheduled me I went to Land O Lakes now they’re telling me that they scheduled me for Zephyrhills. That’s too far for me. I live in Spring Hill. I’ve called numerous times. No one picks up the phone. I was on hold for an hour and a half the first time I made an appointment prior to that hour and a half wait time two days before that I had called and I was on hold for two hours. Whoever is one the phone taking calls today at 11:30 am April 16th is sooooo rude and ironic, this person doesn’t know about customer service and how to treat people! I called to see if my sleep apnea machine to do the test at home was ready to pick up and she was like oh no today only on April 24th and you can only come at 3:20 pm to pick it up and the girls at the front desk mentioned to call and see if insurance approved it before and if not pick it up for sure on the 24th at any time, so someone is not doing a good job t... read more
Keshayla youbmng was my NP. She was not very helpful in explaining why some labs were elevated and did not follow back up with me after saying she would. Would not see her again.
I walked out of my appointment today feeling more emotional than ever after working with NP Julie & Dr. Cevallos. It’s been over a month since I’ve been struggling with lung, breathing, and heart/sleeping problems and they legitimately solved most of my problems all on my first visit. I can’t remember last time a team made me feel so comfortable with their knowledge and like my health actually mattered.
