The neurology clinic does not care about patient safety or follows informed consent ethical practices. The office and provider failed to disclose to my mother’s husband and myself (her adult daughter who is also part of her HIPA & PHI) of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, only solely communicating with the patient who has documented memory loss. Absolutely horrified at this offices staff. I called over a month ago and confirmed they were taking new patients for a test my podiatrist ordered. I faxed the order over several times and they never received it. Finally I was given access to their portal to upload the order. I was told it would be processed within 72 hours. A week passed, I called, was told they just received it that day, when I confirmed that the portal indicated they had the message a week prior.
